The Chicago Blues Festival celebrates 25 years in 2008!

The Chicago Blues Festival is held in Grant Park during the weekend of June 5-8, and is the largest free blues concert in the world, last year the fest attracted over 750,000 people and this year over one million people are expected to attend the four-day event.
The official program is available throughout the festival and is distributed free from the Mayor's Office of Special Events booths, from the City of Chicago information booth, from the Chicago Jazz Magazine booth, and from other locations throughout the Fest. For the past four years Chicago Jazz Magazine has provided in-depth coverage of the Blues Festival making the official Chicago Blues Festival Program a much sought-after item at the Fest. Because of the demand, thousands upon thousands of additional copies will be distributed.
