The Gorton Community Center has just announced the 2009 Cabin Fever Jazz Series line-up. Each year Cabin Fever Jazz Series tries to feature some of the finest jazz talent Chicago has to offer. This year’s concerts include performances by Frank D’Rone, Jackie Allen with Michael Kocour, Willie Pickens, Grazyna Auguscik, Paulinho Garcia, Dee Alexander, Barry Winograd and others to be announced.
The series starts on February 8 with the legendary Willie Pickens Trio and continues on Sundays until the grand finale performance of Frank D’Rone on April 4. Tickets are available at the box office at (847) 234-6060 or online at gortoncenter.org.
