Jazz community members,
We are sorry that rumors began before this notice could be sent out. Club Blujazz is closing it’s doors, hopefully to reopen at some point, but we are uncertain at this juncture. It was our goal to support the music community with a quality venue in which to hear and present jazz. It has always been our intention to promote and support the music and the community, and are deeply disappointed to have to be in this position. It is due to a situation that is beyond our control, and that we hope will someday be remedied. In the meantime, we thank all of the wonderful musicians that brought their talents in support of the same vision, and all those that walked though our doors. We understand that there are many conversations to be had with many people about this. Please give us time to reach you all.
