Tuesdays on the Terrace

Every Tuesday during the summer (June 7 – September 27), the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago (MCA) presents free live jazz concerts as part of the Tuesdays on the Terrace series. The July 26 performance features steel drum player Clyde “Lightning” George and his quartet, Steelin’ Jazz.
Gourmet cuisine by Puck’s Café is also available and features fresh, locally grown produce from the MCA Farmers Market. A weekly dinner menu offers a $23 buffet menu celebrating cuisine from around the world. The July 26 menu celebrates Charleston, South Carolina and features spring mix greens salad with peach vinaigrette, pulled pork, white grits with spicy shrimp, and braised collard and mustard greens. Summer favorites such as hamburgers, hot dogs, and lighter fare may also be purchased from the outdoor grill along with assorted cold beverages, wine, and seasonal cocktails from the cash bar on the lower terrace. Tables are limited and dinner reservations are recommended.
