Frank Caruso has played with such jazz luminaries as Maynard Ferguson, Louis Bellson, and the Count Basie Orchestra, performed at the White House birthday party for Duke Ellington and played with Luciano Pavarotti in concert in Chicago. His current CD release "Songs from the Kingdom of Jazz" with co-leader Jim Massoth is enjoying wide critical acclaim. He has just published a new book, Piano Improvisation: A Powerful Practical System. Frank is the studio jazz piano instructor at NCC.
This concert will feature music by pianists Bill Evans and Stefan Karlsson.
