On February 28th, one of the greatest American songwriters is celebrated in this tribute concert, "Come Rain or Come Shine", Saturday, February 28, at 8:00pm, although many do not know him by name. Composer Harold Arlen wrote many of our treasured American standards including "Over the Rainbow," "Stormy Weather,"and "The Man That Got Away." Saluting Arlen at the newly renovated Skokie Theatre, is jazz vocalist Anne Burnell, music director/pianist Mark Burnell, and arranger Bob Ojeda, a Count Basie veteran of 16 years.
