Chicago Trolley & Double Decker Co. is thrilled to present the Jazz Institute of Chicago's Annual Jazz Club Tour next Wednesday, August 31, beginning at 7 p.m.
The Jazz Club Tour kicks off the Chicago Jazz Festival (Sept. 1 - 4, downtown) and tickets for the Tour begin at $20 for access to all participating clubs and trolley transportation between the clubs. Tickets can be purchased in advance at www.jazzinchicago.org, or on the night of the event at any of the participating clubs.
Participating clubs include: Andy's, Green Mill, Jazz Showcase, Close Up 2, Jazzin' on the Southside at ETA, Reggies, Marmon Grand, Buddy Guy's Legends, M Lounge, Red Peppers Masquerade Lounge, City Life, Chant, Park 52, Mayne Stage and L26.
Orbert Davis has been declared this year's Chicago Jazz Festival Artist-In-Residence and Chicago Trolley Co. has named a Trolley in his honor.
