On June 3rd, Matt and Sarah Young, bassist and vocalist for The Matt Young Group, will be interviewed by Nick Calabrese and Bruce Gibson on their radio show, The Local Jazz Focus. The show airs live on WRRG 88.9 (Triton College Radio) on Tuesday evenings from 7-9pm, and WRRG is also steaming live on the Internet. The goal of The Local Jazz Focus is to promote local jazz artists in order to help sustain a vibrant local jazz scene here in Chicago. This up-and-coming husband and wife duo will be discussing The Matt Young Group's debut CD, Diggin' In, as well as their careers as musicians, including projects and upcoming performances.
