We can't imagine a better Valentine to our loyal supporters than bringing you an evening of jazz with the great WILLIE PICKENS on our first night back at ROOM 43 in 2011. Jazz critic, Neil Tesser, has observed that "Pickens' most exuberant solos all but take flight from the keyboard's runway."
Watch Willie set that keyboard on fire. And join the Hyde Park Jazz Society as we celebrate our return on pre-Valentine's Day Sunday. Willie will be backed up by the always wonderful Larry Gray on bass and Robert Shy on drums. So if you are tired of feeling trapped by the snow, make our pre-Valentine's jazz your "coming out party." And you don't have to worry about finding parking; valet will be available.
