AD SPECS FOR 81/2 x 11 PUBLICATION
Create your ad to the exact size it will print.
On full-page with bleed, extend ad 1/8” past the trim.
On full-page no bleed ads, please allow ½” margin from the trim.
All images should have a minimum resolution of 300dpi at 100%.
All images should be converted to CMYK.
All images should be pdf, jpg, tif, eps or png.
Make sure the extensions remain intact on all files. If extensions are omitted, they are unrecognizable.
All linked interactive images need to have a url.
All art files should be converted to CMYK. We cannot guarantee color consistency for files that are not converted to CMYK.
Fonts should be converted to outlines.

CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT POLICY
Because of the demand for advertising in the Chicago Jazz Festival Program, payment along with a signed insertion order is required to secure the reservation. Payments can me made by QuickPay with Zelle, Square, Mastercard or Visa. Payment by check must be received before Aug 20th.
