The World Famous Glen Miller Orchestra at the Arcada Theater Sunday May 22nd!



The world famous Glenn Miller Orchestra will be celebrating the 1940s with the Arcada Theatre. With our dance floor open, the Arcada looks to salute and relive the glory days. The Grammy Winning lifetime achievement winners continue to storm the country playing at the Arcada for one night only.

Giving concert goers the opportunity to swing dance, Glenn Miller Orchestra is prepared to play recordings including In The Mood, Chattanooga Choo Choo, A String of Pearls, Moonlight Serenade and Tuxedo Junction. Playing since the 1938, Glenn Miller Orchestra has built its repertoire which now exceeds 1,700 compositions.

Leading the Glenn Miller Orchestra, as the band director, Nick Hilscher has been given the honor to be featured as vocal talent on albums On the Air (2002) and Steppin' Out (2005). Nick has been the band director since January 2012.

Tickets are available at oshows.com and start at $29 dollars with veterans being free. The show is open to all ages.

The Arcada Theatre is located at 105 E. Main Street in downtown St. Charles. It is operated by Onesti Entertainment Corporation and offers free parking, a premium bar, 4-star guest service and more than 200 shows per year.
