EPISODE 115 of TALKING JAZZ with Mike Jeffers is onsite at the Ken Hirte Gallery with special guest Sheri Lynn Smith a.k.a. Creme Sheri ahead of her October 7th opening of her new show "Jazz Portraits: A Chicago Artist Captures Their Culture". It's open to the public and features over 100 of Sheri's drawings. October 7th will feature an unveiling of new works includeing drawings of Eric Schneider, Dee Alexander, Sonny Rollins and more. Also live music with Hinda Hoffman and Dennis Carroll will be featured throughout the day.
