Jazz Recap: Ravenswood Winds Performed Radiohead’s, “KID A”at FSC by Harvey Tillis

The Ravenswood Winds performed Radiohead’s 2000 masterpiece, “KID A”, in it’s entirety at Chris Anderson’s Fulton Street Collective, FSC, in Chicago on December 5, 2022. Ravenswood Winds (RWW) is a Chicago-based woodwind quintet dedicated to exploring the merging of traditional classical composition and modern rock sound. The ensemble features Lily Floeter-flute, Laura Perkett-oboe, Colleen Corning-Griggs - clarinet/bass clarinet, Justin Amolsch - French horn, and Airan Wright bassoon/baritone sax. Visual artist Ryan Miller created artwork in response to the music. The show was also presented as a Live stream (see below) and virtual tips are appreciated!
