Jazz Recap: Chad McCullough Group: Joe Henderson’s “Our Thing” & Kenny Dorham’s “Whistle Stop”

On February 9, 2023, the Chad McCullough Group performed Joe Henderson’s “Our Thing” and Kenny Dorham’s “Whistle Stop” at Chris Anderson’s Jazz Record Art Collective, JRAC, in Chicago.

The group featured Chad McCullough - trumpet, Chris Madsen - tenor, Ryan Cohan - piano, Larry “The King” Kohut - bass and Kyle Swan - drums. Visual artist Jan Reagan created artwork in response to the music.
